Bonjour.
Rumex acetosa de la famille des Polygonaceae possède une tige cannelée (photo 1) destinée à soutenir sans faille ses inflorescences et ses infrutescences.
Les côtes sont renforcées par un beau collenchyme angulaire (photo 2 et 3) mais aussi par des capuchons de fibres péricycliques (photo 2) disposés sur les faisceaux vasculaires.
Un anneau de sclérenchyme interne (photo 2) complète le dispositif de renforcement de la tige.
Entre le phloème et le métaxylème, on constate que le cambium vasculaire vient tout juste de fonctionner.

Rumex acetosa from the family Polygonaceae has fluted stems (picture 1) fated to
support flowering parts and fruits.
The ribs are strengthened by a beautiful angular collenchyma (picture 2 and 3) and by bundle caps (picture 2). A ring of internal sclerenchyma help to this strengthening of the stem.
Between phloem and metaxylem the vascular cambium just began to function.
