Bonjour Pierre, Daniel, Gérard et tous les autres,
J'ai contacté l'Université qui a conçu le programme afin de pouvoir l'obtenir.
Voici la réponse:
Dear Mr. Claes,
(C'est moi Jean-Pierre)thank you for your interest on E.L.M.I. our Expert system for Light microscopy.
As we are a governmental institution (University of Applied Sciences), we are a non profit organization. The software was developed for governmental institutions (research and development). We are very astonished, that we got more than 2000 people around the whole world who like to use that software partially as "private" persons.
We really appreciate this. Unfortunately we - as governmental institution - have to ensure the legal situation carefully, when the software is to be launched to that private section - especially world wide to different countries and legal systems. Therefore we currently work on a legal contract, well known as "software disclaimer", which you surely know from other software (the text with "agree" and "disagree" option before installation starts). That disclaimer is now for being worked out from a lawyer specialized for international legal affairs.
Be sure, that E.L.M.I. will allways be free of charge for governmental institutions AND private persons (so called "non-profit" persons). But the legal text and the procedure behind takes some time.
You will be informed, when E.L.M.I. will be publically downloadable. I regret that time-delay, but we are bound to our governmental advices.
Meanwhile I suggest, that you download all videotutorials at <http://ime.technik-emden.de<http://ime.technik-emden.de/>> to get familiar with that huge software package.
Best regards
Prof. Dr. Gerhard Kauer
Il n'y a plus qu' a patienter... en espérant qu'un jour...
