It might be possible to use such a device if you have a talented machinist available. You would need to dis-assemble the device. Put the part with the ears in a lathe and turn them down to circular. Then cut the largest diameter metric thread with 1mm or 0.75 mm pitch.
There may be ENG to C mount adapters available.
Diagnostic Instruments made and sold similar devices and Zeiss used to carry them. The DI versions had the advantage of a focusing mount. The great ebay seller Dirk van der Marel in Holland (eapoecistron on ebay) has one for sale right now. It happens to be unlabeled but it is a DI version.
The "3T" on the part number may stand for "Three Tube" which were the predecessors of 3ccd cameras that worked the same way but had three vidicon tubes instead. Three tube and ccd cameras are always the higher quality and it took a while for ccds to catch up with vidicons.
Edit: There IS an ENG to C mount adapter but it costs over $400. Not feasible.

Si cela peut te servir ! tu dis 700D ! si c'est le Nikon D700 dont tu parle donc un 24X36 full frame comme mon D800E, j'utilise un projectif de 2.5 et cela marche parfaitement.
